NEW LATE CANCELLATION POLICY
IF A PATIENT CANCELS WITHIN 24 BUSINESS HOURS OF THEIR VISIT OR DOES NOT SHOW UP FOR THEIR APPOINTMENT THEY WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL COST OF THE VISIT - WE STILL REQUIRE 72 BUSINESS HOUR NOTICE TO CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT TO AVOID A 30% FEE.

We do not monitor the portal when the office is closed so if you are experiencing concerning symptoms please reach out to your PCP, go to Urgent Care or the ER.
